The Curricula & Research department turns the party's political vision and programme into simple learning material for new members. It:
- Prepares and develops training packages.
- Designs graded paths: foundation for new members, intermediate for cadres and advanced for leaders.
- Reviews curricula regularly to keep up with political and legal changes, such as amendments to the election and parties laws.
- Sets standards so seminars and workshops follow the party's line and sound academic practice.
- Sets criteria for selecting lecturers and trainers.
