Timeline
Phase 1 — Nomination & selection
Month 1Applications open, screening, interviews, and selecting 30 participants per eligibility criteria.
Phase 2 — Theoretical foundation
Months 2–4Political thought, the Jordanian system, legislation, and leadership & communication skills.
Phase 3 — Practical application
Months 5–8Parliamentary simulation, field visits, and campaign-management workshops.
Phase 4 — Graduation project
Months 9–11Preparing and delivering a development project or policy paper under expert supervision.
Phase 5 — Graduation & networking
Month 12Final assessment, certificates, and joining the Reform Leaders alumni network.
Who can apply?
- Jordanian nationality, aged 20–35.
- Commitment to full attendance throughout the year.
- A university degree or equivalent public-work experience.
- Clear motivation to engage in political and development work.
