The academy hosted Dr. Samer Al-Bdour in a 75-minute Zoom dialogue on the Political Parties Law No. 7 of 2022, attended by trainees of the Foundation and Leadership Preparation programmes.
It covered founding and membership conditions, youth and women representation among founders, and the relationship with the Independent Election Commission. Half the time went to questions, mostly on how candidates are ranked on party lists.
Participants asked for a follow-up session on the Elections Law, which is being scheduled for next month.
