The academy uses a hybrid structure that combines academic specialisation with a political link to the party, keeping teaching content independent while staying aligned with the party's strategy. It has four levels:
- Board of Trustees: party leaders and independent academics; sets the strategy and approves annual plans.
- Executive management (Academy Director): runs daily operations and links the academy with the party's political bureau.
- Specialised departments: Curricula & Research, Training & Party Education, Research & Studies (think tank), and Party Monitoring.
- Support units: media, logistics and finance.
Why this structure
- Clear roles that keep party politics and teaching apart.
- Flexibility to grow through digital and field branches across the governorates.
- Sustainability through a trained “second line” of future leaders.
